Double layer battery explosion-proof box
The battery explosion-proof box is mainly used for overcharging and discharging of batteries. During charging and discharging tests, the battery is placed in the explosion-proof box and connected to an external charging and discharging tester to provide false testimony for operators and instruments.
Technical parameters:
Each layer of test box size: 500x500x400mm (LxWxH) (can also be customized according to customer requirements)
Outer box material: 3mm thick A3 steel plate and treated with baking paint,
Inner box material: SUS # 201 stainless steel, single door. The inner box door is made of stainless steel and equipped with silicone tightening strips. There is no observation window on the front. The door is connected to the box body by a strong joint surface and is equipped with an explosion-proof cold handle lock.
Side convection window:
Each box has a 200x300mm observation window on the front and is equipped with 5mm thick explosion-proof glass;
Rotating electric wooden boards or adding PTFE tape inside the test chamber effectively insulate and flame retardant, easy to clean;
Two circular cable ports are opened at the rear of each layer of the box for easy testing of connecting wires;
There is a separate testing panel to control the lighting and exhaust in each testing room;
There is insulation design between each layer to avoid mutual interference during testing;
